Excellent move by @JoeBiden-- his speech the evening before the night he would be named prez. elect was phenomenal and Sen. Biden did a phenomenally better job at speaking. Such a contrast from @realDonaldTrump Sen. Biden sounds like what the prez. of the US should sound like.

Officer Jordan Moore dragged a MINOR several feet after handcuffing him. He wasn’t given a warning to comply and didn’t resist arrest. Ofc. Moore was suspended by @MansfieldPD_OH but this isn’t “one bad apple” — it’s a greater issue nationwide deserving of systemic reforms!
