@British_Airways I have been trying to get to some BA personnel in Chennai for the last two days to get my AirPods that I forgot in my seat. It is inside the airport now - an Air India employee said that lis BA’s office. Unable to reach any BA employee though. Please help.

@adrianfcole @ExpediaHaystack had a similar ask to extend the life of specific trace allowing more time to investigate. @ashish_agg0701 came up with an idea to auto increase ttl to few weeks from 4 days when someone searches for a specific trace-id to give it more time to investigate.
