@AskTarget He was a young man, maybe in his early twenties? Dark hair that fell to his ears. Lean and with a smile that looked like smiling was the easiest thing in the world.

@AskTarget When we returned to pick up our left behind items, my daughter saw him and went to him directly. He was on top of the whole situation immediately and assured us that it would be resolved. He found our bag in like 15 seconds and was just as happy as we were 😃

@AskTarget He was stocking some household items and helped us with a Laroche Posay cleanser in the beauty case. He was very kind, personable, just a stand up guy - exceptionally helpful and engaging. He guessed the item we wanted because he noticed it on tiktok.
