@SamsungSupport your team has been so awful to me today. My Buds+ literally broke in half when I took it out of my ear without ever being dropped or exposed to water. They tried to charge me more than what I originally paid for the buds+. I'd rather take back my broken headphones
I have been buying @Samsung products for years and years and never had these problems. I can't believe how difficult their customer support was. It saddens me to see their products becoming so unreliable.
Now they want to charge me more than the original cost to fix my "damaged" Samsung buds+ when the left bud literally BROKE IN HALF when I pulled it out of my ear! @Samsung
No one buy @Samsung products. In the last year, all products I have purchased have broken and had to be sent in at least once for repair. No water damage, no drops, nothing!
