@KristinJArnold Couldn’t agree more Kristin. A very overlooked component of the board meeting process. Wrote short reports and read other people’s. Simple. You can read our complete guide to board meetings here: https://t.co/TxnP6Kkqx2
@pku2319 Tbh the app was originally designed about 5 years ago and despite rewrites some core stuff probably has that legacy. Sorry again. Will investigate.

@moslegalservice Great to see creating an agenda in these top strategies. We're also big advocates of creating actions during the meeting to ensure that important tasks are carried out between meetings.
@WeareAspireAPAC Loving the fun ideas: most of us are finding challenges in keeping our remote teams engaged and this is certainly a time for experimentation. For more formal meetings, we find that setting agendas, asking for reports before the meeting, and setting actions are invaluable.
@MoniquevDorsten These are all very good pointers. Taking a break during a long virtual meeting can also be valuable so that attendees get the opportunity to refresh their concentration. We work with agendas for most of our meetings and have found it useful to schedule a break on the agenda.
@JudGregory@wwt_inc This is one of the best virtual meeting guidance pieces we've seen: setting agendas, taking notes, creating actions! It's all so important and can be even more so with virtual meetings.
