When I started my new temp job I never believed I would still be there 3 months later. Not only am I still there but I have just received a promotion from Team Leader to Nights Shift Manager.

Well I've discovered muscles in my body that I forgot I had!. I'm in a great place mentally . DHL did me a big favour. I think they were half the problem looking back.
Feelin' good. Time to lose this weight I've put on over the past 5 years and get myself back on track 😎💪❤

During all of the isolation,things could get rough mentally for some! Depression,anxiety & PTSD are very real.I would like my friends to post this so I know who I can talk to if I ever need someone.I think I know who will.
