In case you can’t find the entrance to Glue Berlin (and get frustrated): it’s located in the corner building at Saarbrücker Straße and Straßburger Straße, with a small glass door leading to the staircase.

See you in a few hours!

Galerie Met is pleased to announce the inaugural exhibition “Ghost in the Shell” by its experimental sub-program @magicetape, opening this Friday. The exhibition will feature works by 10 international artists who have previously collaborated with the gallery. Through subtle “micro-interventions” applied to everyday objects, these works form a constellation of creations that drift away from the ordinary, charged with the uncanny, tinged with humor, or even carrying a touch of neurosis.

The exhibition will take place at Glue Berlin, an underground space once used as the beer cellars of the Old Königstadt Brewery (Alte Königstadtbrauerei). The opening will be held on Friday, September 5, from 18:00 to 21:00, at Strassburger Strasse 53, deep in the underground of Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district. We warmly invite you to join us at the tail end of summer for celebration and conversation!

Galerie Met is pleased to announce its new experimental program, Magic Electronic Tape (@magicetape). Alongside the main exhibitions at Galerie Met, this nomadic program focuses on developing curated projects that travel across cities and countries in Europe and Asia. By activating unconventional and temporary spaces, Magic Electronic Tape creates experimental contexts in which artists who have previously worked with the gallery can engage in dialogue with new audiences, fellow artists, and institutions.

The inaugural exhibition, “Ghost in the Shell,” will take place in the underground space Glue in Berlin on September 6–7. Stay tuned for more info!
