@afneil In my business the electric consumed is 7p kwh of 21p total kwh. The other 14p basically taxes in some form or other. We’ve recently forward purchased energy at under 6p but I bet by the time we get to consume it, the bills will be higher still. It’s all a scam.

@JackDunc1 Could be a good thing; repurpose office space for homes rather than chewing up more green spaces. There is a but though. If your job can be done from home in the UK it can also be done from a home where wage rates are much lower.
