@IncomeTaxIndia as a NRI, I do not have a Addhar and outside India. I am trying to add a bank thru netbanking option in port. It takes me to proceed to e-verify step and no otp to my email or phone. Both records have exact name and contact details. Not sure how to fix this.
@IncomeTaxIndia this is a second request: please support taxpayers with clarification to be compliant..I am looking at new ITR-2 form online. do not see an option to enter the gift received from relatives or an option to type it. So where to show it. Please clarify. Ty.

@HDFCBank_Cares It is a such a generic question and hold good for anyone who has a savings account with hdfc bank. It has nothing to do with specific personal details. Ry
@HDFCBank_Cares when a service request is raised on customer behalf, why can't hdfc bank provide a tracking of the case visible to customer in netbanking, so we don't need to call customer support to get the status. We don't even know the status and what the resolutions are.. ty
@HDFCBank_Cares please take an action to show kyc) re-kyc status in netbanking, so that NRI's like myself will know whether it is up to date or when our next due is. Many banks provide this, and not sure why HDFC bank cannot do this? It save lot of time for all.
@HDFCBank_Cares how long will it take to update re-kyc details for NRI's from overseas after submission thru email. Will I get any to update notification once completed or rejected or any additional details needed.
@HDFCBank_Cares can't you modify your net banking that shows the status of re-kyc and e-kyc status on when it was last updated and when it is next due. Submitted multiple times and never get an update on the status of form submitted or what is missing. Very frustrating for NRI

@IncomeTaxIndia Am trying to login to my incometax portal account to prepare for upcoming tax filing. As a NRI, I am currently outside of India and unable to get into login screen. It used to work all the time, but trying for past 1 wk and unable to do so. Please let know how to fix. Ty

@SamsungMobileUS sorry to say this. I am a samsung product user for past 20 years and felt so bad that for an agent's mistake I am as a customer suffering.. A simple technical error cannot be fixed by samsung customer service agent want me to return the shipping.
