@TheonrableMuntr There most definitely is in this day and age!
This depravity is more widespread and unpunished enough, than we could ever imagine 🤷♀️
And the longer slaps on the wrists or pathetic sentences are handed out, the worse it gets 🤬
A man who sexually assaulted a 13-year-old boy in his own home on Christmas Day has been jailed for four years.
Kieran Seery (pictured), 31, of Dowry Street, Accrington, was sentenced at Burnley Crown Court. He was also given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which lasts 15 years.
It follows a trial last month which found Seery guilty of sexual assault.
The incident occurred in the early hours of December 25th, after Seery had attended a Christmas Eve gathering at the victim’s address and was later told he could stay the night.
The boy was asleep when he was woken by Seery, who attacked him before fleeing the address at around 8am.
He was arrested two days later in the Greater Manchester area following a public appeal for help locating him.
Det Sgt Helen Mercer, of Blackburn Police, said: “Seery carried out a horrific and predatory attack on a young boy, and he deserves nothing less than the sentence he has received today.
“Since the incident he has shown a complete lack of remorse and has consistently denied his guilt, forcing the victim to go through the further ordeal of a trial.
“I cannot overstate the impact this incident has had on the young victim. He went to bed excited about Christmas Day and was woken in the early hours of the morning being subjected to a horrendous sexual attack. No child should feel unsafe in their own home, and no doubt the boy will carry the mental scars from this for a very long time.
“He must be commended for his bravery in reporting what happened to him and I hope today’s verdict gives him a sense of closure and enables him to start moving forward with his life.
“We also hope today’s verdict shows that at Lancashire Police we take all reports of sexual offences extremely seriously. Anybody who has been victim of this type of crime is urged to report it to us as soon as possible, safe in the knowledge they will be treated sensitively and professionally.”

The thing that shouldn't happen, happened again.
An Iraqi asylum seeker who arrived in the UK illegally on a small boat has been sentenced to six and a half years in prison for raping a woman at a London hostel.
Yousif Al-Maliki, 30, attacked a woman he had just met on August 1 last year while staying in a 12-bed dormitory at the Astor Hostel in South Kensington.
Al-Maliki was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court after a jury found him guilty during a week-long trial in March.
Judge Hehir told the 30-year-old Iraqi: “You were just not prepared to take no for an answer for her.
The Iraqi national, who had denied the charge of rape, said he came to the UK while “fleeing torture” in Baghdad.
The prosecution claims the defendant was previously deported but that he came back to the UK in September 2024.
They claim he was given money by the Home Office because he had no right to work.
Al-Maliki was staying in Home Office-approved accommodation at Peckham Lodge Hotel when he was charged with rape.
At trial, the defence said Al-Maliki is a bisexual Iraqi national who accepts he arrived in the UK illegally but says he was seeking refuge from persecution.
During the trial, the court heard that Al-Maliki’s asylum application had been put on hold until the conclusion of the criminal case.
Al-Maliki is eligible for the government’s early removal scheme.
At sentencing, Judge Hehir told the defendant: “As a convicted rapist, I cannot see how it is at all in the public interest to keep you in this country when you’re eligible for deportation.”

The Netherlands also has its Henry Nowak cases.
In July 2020, 14-year-old Tamar from Marken was hit by a car on a dark dike road and left to die. Her body was later found in the berm.
What happened next is deeply disturbing.
The police initially told her mother that the driver was German. Days later the truth came out: it was four Iraqis in the car. The mother was told they withheld the real background because they didn’t want to create a "Wilders-effect" — they didn’t want to give Geert Wilders political ammunition.
Even worse: evidence strongly suggests Tamar’s body was moved after the accident. The driver didn’t just flee, they dragged her off the road and left her there like an animal.
The driver received only a €1,500 fine for looking at his phone while driving. He then disappeared completely. The fine was returned “undeliverable” and for years he was untraceable.
Only after years of fighting by the family (including going to court to force prosecution), a breakthrough came in March 2026: the now 33-year old Jamal is finally being prosecuted for causing the fatal accident and leaving the scene.
Just like Henry Nowak in Southampton — an innocent young person dies, authorities seem more focused on protecting a narrative and avoiding “political incorrectness” than on delivering swift justice.
A 14-year-old girl dies on a Dutch dike. The system lies about the identity of the driver, gives him a slap on the wrist, loses him for years, and only after massive pressure does real prosecution begin.
This is not just a traffic accident. This is a story about truth, accountability, and what happens when institutions put ideology before grieving families.
Her name was Tamar.
She was 14.
She deserved better.

ANDY BURNHAM was confronted by a Makerfield resident whilst he was out canvassing
He was asked about his lack of support for a rape gang inquiry
Surprise surprise he walked away.... just like he always does 😡
Since Andy Burnham wants to be the next Labour leader, here’s a reminder:
Andy accused victims of Pakistani-Muslim grooming gangs of trying to “propagandise” the issue.
He tried to block the grooming gangs inquiry in Manchester and nationally.
He claimed that Pakistani-Muslims grooming gangs are a “thing of the past” despite clear evidence that little girls are still being victimised to this day, including in his local area.
And what does he call the LITTLE GIRLS who were raped under his watch?
Not children.
Not little girls.
“Young women.”
Even on the most basic level, Burnham tried to shift the blame onto victims and refused to acknowledge that they were children.
Countless little girls were raped, exploited and even murdered by Pakistani-Muslim grooming gangs, while powerful men like him turned a blind eye.
Andy Burnham belongs in prison, not Parliament.
And certainly not in 10 Downing Street.
@CommonGood2 We are in the worst fight for our lives, our children’s lives, and our country’s life!
And the fight is with our OWN government, allowing the great people of Britain to be invaded, abused and killed, in the name of “diversity is our strength”!!
This is Keir Starmer's worst nightmare. People worldwide 🌐 marking the murder of Henry Nowak.
America 🇺🇸, Spain 🇪🇸, Germany 🇩🇪 Poland 🇵🇱 and now Sweden 🇸🇪.
