@DreamLeaf5 @CantEverDie I've got homeschooled cousins that didn't know they were disabled because they weren't in school. The oldest was still just grunting at 6 because "he'll talk when he's ready." Kid was deaf, had ear surgery and he's fine. The youngest is 9 and still can't even spell her own name.

Half the city tried to secede in 2014 for the explicit purpose of splitting the school district.
