Beware of the rewards system. Used 1200 rewards points on Friday 9/20/24 to purchase 2 6pc Wings and was charged $32.63 on my Visa. Filed an online complaint with Customer Service immediately. Rec'd automated email promising contact within 48hrs. It's been 72hrs & nada.

@don_dumas Wow! Glad to hear that you're better coach. Got me last month and lasted 11 days b4 testing negative. I'm fully vaxxed (5 shots) so I'm sure that helped me. Symptoms were mild. Took Paxlovid jic.

BOA says this is the leasing office's fault and nothing can be done about it on their end. While I agree that the leasing office screwed up, I feel that BOA should bear responsibility for paying it out twice. This is why I will be closing my account.

Due to lax security features I will be closing my account on Monday.On 9/30/21 I left my October rent check #210 at my leasing office.On 10/7 BOA paid the funds to the office as a result of an Electronic Transfer.On 12/17 BOA paid the funds again via paper check.
