@toothsialigners WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They just read the scripts. No action ever taken. Addition to money, they expect customers to invest time for doing their work. Promised callbacks will never happen. Regret choosing Toothsi. BEWARE! Don't fall for influencer marketing ads.

No complaints on their treatment plan or quality of aligners. But every step has customer support in every layer which is the WORST PART! They don't listen. Just read out their scripts. They don't update anything on their system. Multiple transfers only for getting no resolution.

@BlueDartCares Chennai Velachery delivery center never delivers any package at home for 1 yr. The center casually asks the customer to collect the package at the center. This is a routine here for the past 1 year. Check Google Reviews even @BlueDart_ @KetanKulkarni09 @DHLGlobal
