@ministryoftest It's clear to me: Step by step manual test cases. Please, stop doing it. It's tedious and adds few value. Change it for deeper exploratory testing (and maybe better automation)

@ministryoftest Learning, learning, and learning. Developers will get better at testing. Testers will get better at developing. It's a total no brainer for me: mixing them is a clear win-win

Couldn't agree more. And I'll add: if you are in a testing role and do not invite the DEVs to meetings on testing (or even to testing sessions), stop. Do invite them and let them know their input is super valuable. Testing is a team effort! #DevPlusQa

Found 2 small design issues. We agreed there was no point on raising them to who developed the story: we could fix them ourselves!

This time it was 2 QAs doing DEV+QA role. Sometimes is 2 DEVs. Others a DEV+QA. Idea remains the same: DEV&QA pairing upskill themselves. #DevPlusQaNotOddCouple
