Google Optimize seems to be working well. I made a dummy test just by changing the headline (with the worst one) and the results are properly returned.

I'm going to test landing page variations to see how it goes.

Micro-testing (headline, CTA) is good once you already have...

It does not have to be, here is an example.
You don't need to build a dashboard or hire a Data consultant to get your absenteeism analytics, its already there, among many other predefined analytics.
