£11000 on a kitchen with Magnet absolute waste of money. Had to have them out several times due to doors falling off and the last complaint was raised 3 months ago. The kitchen is only 1 year old. Called Balham Magnet again and the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude. @magnetuk
@liviawagg@RosieEngland1@MagnetUK Shocking, but not unusual for Magnet. They take your money and then just walk away from the mess they leave their customers in. They just do not care; although they do post lovely platitudes as replies on Facebook and Twitter. Just how do Magnet get away with it?
Absolutely terrible customer service from @MagnetUK . After reporting a problem with the quality of our kitchen with our local branch with no response for months, they now refuse to repair under their so called ‘guarantee’. Avoid at all costs!

@MagnetUK Absolutely fuming with magnet kitchens who have not delivered full kitchen and are now telling me they have no record of the second delivery that was supposed to be made!!
I will never use Magnet again what a total sham!!!
@Ticketyboox1115@MagnetUK@angiegill1 It is just a boilerplate standard template response from Magnet asking to DM & they will contact in 24 hours (which they don't usually) but Magnet never deals with issues apart from denials. Conclusion is this is just for PR and show!
@jonbradyphoto @MagnetUK I’m surprised, and very shocked, that Magnet Kitchens actually admitted responsibility. Please let us know if they do actually replace your floor. I know what it’s like to live with an unfinished Magnet Kitchen due to Magnet ‘experts’. I wish you luck.

@MagnetUK 12 months on my kitchen is till not finished. Excuse after excuse, managers left, we do all we can to resolve your issues, we are extremely busy, we will contact the fitter. blah blah blah. Yet still no one has called or emailed to offer me a visit
Yes, you may, or may not, be in touch ‘within 24hrs’ but it is always with platitudes and, to add insult to injury, you tell customer how you take pride in your Customer Service. Read the room Magnet Kitchens.
