During the pandemic, women’s unpaid and underpaid labor was exploited more and valued less. The view that women are resources to be extracted from extends beyond the individual level, and also impacts women and girl-led organizations that work to support women and girls.

Women-led orgs underscored that our #WeMustDoBetter research was the only platform they had to talk about what they faced during the pandemic while being left out of decision-making spaces.
