@British_Airways arrived in Houston Texas on 15/12 now 18/12 and no luggage! BA says with Courier they deny they have it. Left for 4 days with only the clothes we arrived in. This was meant to be the best holiday with our Houston family now it’s ruined with no xmas presents!!!

@British_Airways waited 2 years to visit family in Houston, Texas including a new baby Grandson and British Airways lose all our luggage. Called BA they say they are with Datarush Courier Service who state they aren’t. Literally left with the clothes we travelled in!
