@AvantiWestCoast 1st trip on ur trains, had a seat booked on the 16.09 from Crewe to Glasgow. Carriage I’m booked on doesn’t exist on the train. Standing room only, currently outside the toilet. Not an apology to be heard. I’m fa from impressed...

@ScotRail can u confirm if buses will be running from Bathgate onwards to Drumgelloch? I’m on the delayed 17.08 to Milngavie which the driver has just confirmed will terminate at Bathgate.

@ScotRail morning. Just to say the Smartcard machine at Drumgelloch station on the Edinburgh side hasn’t been working the last 2 days. Doesn’t seem to be reading cards.

@ScotRail seriously ur comms skills r non existent. 23.09 from Waverley eventually leaves 16 mins late. All need to move from platform 8 to 17...not an an apology in sight.

@ScotRail Yes on the train now. Left over 15 mins late. For the last train is v disappointing. No info given re why we were left on platform 8W at Waverley to eventually be told, 10 mins post train departure, that we all had to move to platform 17. An apology isn’t too much to ask is it?

@EdinburghTrams Waited over 20 mins for a tram at St. Andrews square, now currently stuck in a packed roasting hot tram over 10 minutes couple hundred yards after the tram stop. Not impressed.

@ScotRail @NetworkRailSCOT 2 trains in a row cancelled at peak time then send a 3 carriage train to cover 3 6 carriage trains. Utterly unimpressed!
