Keeping their promise to act if crew were harmed, Italian Unions and protesters block the Naples train station
Stop the War Scotland co-chair @Jonathon_Shafi addresses the rally outside UK Government HQ in Edinburgh, on a day when thousands marched and protested in the city, in solidarity with Gaza and for an end to anti-democratic repression.
A woman as old as my mother crawled through gunfire in Nitzarim for a bag of flour, for children who aren’t even hers, because hers were already killed. And what haunts me isn’t just the image of it; it’s how easily we’ve accepted that this is what motherhood looks like in Gaza: not nurturing, not sheltering, but negotiating with death for calories. We’ve turned these women into symbols of resilience so often that we’ve stopped being horrified by their suffering, because when survival becomes their legacy, who’s left to ask what kind of world did this to them?
@andrewaholloway@Jags_Foundation It seems to be an important point ignored by the club. There is no point in being a fan owned club and being ran like this. Must do better.
Badly thought out. Badly written. Tone deaf nonsense. They won’t get in to a back and forth publicly but have just engaged in one. TJF has its faults imo but they were communicating feelings within the fan base which they represent. A supposedly fan owned club.
World leaders can make as many statements as they like opposing Israel's actions in Gaza.
Until they end the sale of weapons to Israel, they remain complicit in the mass murder of Palestinians.
Stop arming genocide, now.
