@AmazonHelp Thanks for the reply, but I don't think this is something that can be managed on your side. I do think that @amazon might be concerned however, that due to fraud concerns, banks are actually declining initial transactions as a matter of course.

@LloydsBank fraud team is currently informing me that they are currently declining THE MAJORITY of @amazon transactions BY DEFAULT, due to fraud concerns. So basically, don't try to use a Lloyd's card of any kind to buy from Amazon in the UK.

@Carnage4Life This is a problem that needs organizational solutions. The people that get up at 5 am to get uninterrupted time shouldn't have to do this or be rewarded for this. Change needs to come from the top on this one.

After a month-long process of trying to get a refund from @SamsungUS for a refrigerator with a cooling defect. I'm now being told that my ticket was canceled. I've jumped through so many hoops with their disjointed processes. I cannot even BELIEVE how bad the support experience.

@SamsungUS Now dealing with your text support team. Refund was sent to wrong email. Someone typoed Gmail address as "gmai". Can't make this stuff up. I've explained this 6 times and asked for it to be corrected. 2 days later nothing is done.

So @British_Airways canceled our flight and never made any attempt to communicate this to us. I learned of it when I went to check in. Now we don't know if the dogs will make it on the next flight. Maybe air travel is not going to survive COVID.
