@pre_rad I love these. But I find the boxes one to be the best at visualizing to the people with the purse strings that you have to put extra resources into equity. Everyone is pro equity until you add more staff lines, offer incentives and metrocards to participants, etc etc.

Every morning with my kids is AMAZING and I think maybe I will be a SAHM, the wheels start to come off around midday, by 4pm I am fried and by their 7pm bedtime I deeply relate tothe old woman who lived in a shoe.
