After I lodged a complaint, a mechanic did come and remove the AC's cooling coil, but he left with it. It has been three days now, and no one has come to reinstall it. We are suffering in this heat—Godrej, please help.

@GodrejAppliance Trust isn't built by advertisements or awards-it's built by resolving customers' problems. My complaint (81299038) is unresolved for months, leaving my washing machine unusable after technician removing motherboard.Let your actions reflect post @GodrejAppliance @jagograhakjago

@GodrejAppliance My 7 kg top-load washing machine (purchased Mar 2025, under warranty) has been unusable since I raised complaint #81299038 on 28 May 2026. Your technician diagnosed a faulty motherboard, removed it, and promised a replacement.#godrej @nch1915 #poorcustomerservice

@GodrejAppliance @nch1915 I chose Godrej. Unfortunately, this experience has made me regret that choice. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and proceed before the Consumer Commission. @nch1915 @GodrejAppliance

[MAHADEV A @mahadev_75]

@GodrejAppliance @nch1915 I even requested the Zonal Manager to return my motherboard so I could get it repaired locally at my own expense, but even that request has been ignored. My washing machine remains unusable. #godrej #warranty

@GodrejAppliance Ticket 81299038 was open since 28 May 2026. The technician took my washing machine's motherboard and has been unresponsive since. The machine is still unusable. I chose an Indian brand over a foreign one to support Indian products, but I now regret that decision. Please resolve.

[MAHADEV A @mahadev_75]
