On 09/10/25 ,comrades of AIPNBOF will be on strike in PNB for 5 days banking.our strike is against government of India procrastination on IBA recommend all Saturday holiday in banking industry.
We do know that we do not have numerical strength to compel the government of India to accept our 10 years old demand still our comrades will be sacrificing approx 3 cr rs of their salary because we would like to know as one who were in the battlefield fighting the battle for all Saturday holiday in banking industry.
We want to keep this battle for 5 days a week banking alive and we are fighting to put a moral pressure on others who should also join this fight for a noble cause for a better work like balance of bankers who are under tremendous stress due to being overburdened with government schemes and even increasing pressure for core and non core business targets compounded by abusive bosses .
Every other day one banker is committing suicide .how long we can be a mute spectator to this mansosighter of bankers .
Please join our fight for a better life of our colleagues.
We owe this to the banking fraternity.
Together we can together we will .

Bank ke naa darbaza khol
Whenever there’s talk about a 5-day work week for bankers, some people lose their minds.
The country’s media goes silent.
The @FinMinIndia@DFS_India pretends to be deaf.
Because bankers are robots, right?
And then you have politicians like @raghav_chadha standing in Parliament saying, "Bankers eat gulab jamuns during lunch."
Truth is: if bankers stopped working, the Indian economy would collapse so hard it’d take years to recover.
Name one government scheme that didn’t rely on bankers.
And now again, for the 20th PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme installment on August 3rd, bankers are being called on duty.
For them, even Sunday isn’t Sunday.
Our salary settlement was fixed based on the percentage hike offered, with the promise of Five-Day Banking as the cherry on top. Now, after using it to justify the hike, the government is backing out. @nsitharaman@DFS_India@PMOIndia@narendramodi@FinMinIndia
Why are bankers always shortchanged? Promises for us, work from us, betrayal to us!
#UnitedWeStand
It is with great anticipation that I look forward to WAVES - a film and entertainment world summit - to be held in our country itself. An occasion that celebrates our industry and acknowledges the role it plays in the Indian economy as well as its strength as a soft power… and above all, an occasion that champions and fosters creativity!!! @narendramodi ji
