@JioCare Looks like you have been following same trend. When called to customer care we get nice replies of taking care of it but nothing happens. They ask there interaction feedback but who will take care of the actual issue

@SamsungMobile I had bought Samsung Galaxy M20 last year Aug. Just year completed and mother board is gone. And it costs 9000 for replacement. No warranty https://t.co/qagYRTjUPc this the strategy Samsung is adopting. Need to raise this complaint to consumer court

Jio care number is for name sake. No answers. Local manager Malleshwaram Bangalore Santhosh disconnects call without hearing concerns. Is this how you operate. Need solution ASAP

Once called for connection. It was attended immediately and payment was taken and even said installation will done in a day.
So far 1 week no installation. Jio care number isn’t for name sake. No answers.
