@ftm_guney cannot graduate from a phd with arxiv papers. since there is a paywall, it might be easier to publish? you get a degree with fewer hours worked, because alternative is to work hundreds of extra hours to get accepted at a top venue. pay to phd, good deal :P

@chr1sa @atroyn But deep NN's are not real-time capable. More human brain-like systems perform even slower. For us to see them in robotics applications, we need to figure out how we can make these systems part of a dynamic environment.
