Your service is unacceptable. I placed my order on May 17, with delivery date between May 27 and June 2. It still hasn’t arrived, I’ve received no updates, and customer service hasn’t responded to any of my messages. This is not acceptable. @classicshirts i want a refund.

Seeing this hasn’t surprised me at all, after items I ordered were faulty, I emailed them a week ago without response, I appreciate they are a business that’s exploded in size, but in times gone by the @classicshirts customer service was absolutely brilliant, can’t say that now

I paid €357, my order is late, and nobody replies to my messages. Cancel my order and issue a full refund immediately.
