Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Maheswar Pati, and I am the complainant/victim in a cyber‑fraud case registered through the National Cyber Crime Portal.

Case Details:
Cyber Complaint No.: 31907240099641/2025
Court Order Date: 29/11/2025
Amount Frozen by Cyber Police: ₹50,000
Mode of Freeze: Issued by Cyber Police (1930 complaint), under CrPC procedure
Current Issue: SBI has not released the frozen amount despite a valid court order.
I wish to bring to your notice that:

The SBI branch holding the frozen amount is unknown to me, because the freeze was made on a different beneficiary account, not the account where I originally deposited money.
The Investigating Officer confirmed that the recovered amount is held in an SBI account, but I do not have the transaction ID, IFSC, or account number of the frozen account.
My repeated attempts to get information from SBI via email have gone unanswered.
As per standard cyber‑fraud procedure, the Freeze Memo submitted by Cyber Police to SBI contains the exact branch & IFSC, and SBI can trace the hold account internally from their freeze log system even if the complainant does not have the UTR or account details.

Therefore, I request the following:
Identify the SBI branch & IFSC where the frozen amount of ₹50,000 is currently held.
Forward the enclosed court order to the concerned branch with instructions to immediately release the held funds to my bank account.
Provide me written confirmation once the branch has been informed.
Share the contact details of the branch manager handling this freeze, so I may coordinate if needed.
