राजस्थान में हालात कुछ यूं हैं — जो IPS अफसर जनता की उम्मीद बनते हैं, वही अचानक तबादले की भेंट चढ़ जाते हैं।

मारवाड़ से शुरुआत करें तो— आईजी विकास कुमार ने नशे के कारोबारियों पर ऐसा शि���ंजा कसा कि पूरे इलाके में हलचल मच गई। ड्रग माफिया की कमर टूटने लगी, लगातार कार्रवाई हुई, लोगों को लगा अब हालात बदलेंगे। सरकार की सराहना भी हुई… लेकिन तभी एक आदेश आया — और सबकुछ ठहर गया।

फिर बारी आई एडीजी दिनेश एमएन की। अपराध और गैंगवार पर उनके सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक जैसे एक्शन ने अपराधियों में खौफ और आमजन में भरोसा पैदा किया। पुलिस का मनोबल ऊंचा हुआ, सरकार की छवि मजबूत दिखी… लेकिन अचानक आदेश निकला — और दिशा फिर बदल गई।

इसके बाद एडीजी वी.के. सिंह ने नकल माफिया के खिलाफ ऐसा मोर्चा खोला कि कई सालों से जमा गंदगी सामने आ गई। फर्जी परीक्षाओं का जाल टूटा, छोटे-बड़े अफसरों से लेकर गिरो��ों तक की नींव हिली। जनता ने राहत की सांस ली, सरकार की वाहवाही हुई… मगर फिर वही हुआ — एक तबादला आदेश और अभियान थम गया।

और अब आईजी राहुल प्रकाश — भरतपुर से लेकर जयपुर तक अपराधियों और साइबर ठगों पर ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई, ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था में सुधार, सड़कों पर अनुशासन का असर दिखा। जनता खुश थी, सरकार भी… और फिर एक और आदेश ने सबकुछ उलट दिया।

अब सवाल यही है —
क्या राजस्थान में “अच्छा काम करना” ही ट्रांसफर का नया पैमाना बन गया है?
या फिर इन अफसरों की लोकप्रियता किसी के लिए “समस्या” बन गई है?
लोग पूछ रहे हैं — आखिर “फिरकी” कौन ले रहा है?
