@theshamingofjay The judge is there to rule on motions and objections but cannot help out a lawyer that doesn’t know what to do. I’ve seen judges helping out self-represented people as an access to justice exemption. Not appropriate for a lawyer to ask for a judge’s help on admissibility
@AceBell590 AM conceded liability in at least one of the civil cases before the criminal trial. I’ve heard the evidence is overwhelming & irrefutable; his lawyer must have known that when stating he was honoured to represent. Also, AM confessed during the trial to all the financial crimes
