@staar_shoppingg@naominootnoot Since it’s catholic, reach out to the priest/vicar of education, whoever is in charge of the religious program at the school. Catholics make all employees and volunteers do a Protecting God’s Children course and she may be in violation of that.
@okbanana Scarlett has said she doesn’t regret at all being a known public figure as a kid herself and so I do see a world where she’s comfortable with reputable media outlets getting a glimpse. If you think ET wouldn’t have confirmed her approval you aren’t considering her rep and impact!
@okbanana absolutely see it being a flexible conversation as he gets older and in which contexts he’ll be shown. Colin had control over what ET filmed, and it wasn’t anything humiliating or against son’s wishes. Paps taking pics or videos is different, completely a violation of privacy.
@smalltown_wife My parents let us sleep until whenever. There were six of us. Half of us had no issues, the other half got into SO much trouble (mostly online) once the parents went to bed. If the reasoning is to not have nocturnal kids so they can be appropriately supervised, I’m not opposed.
@Seanlafs@elamin88@alex_abads I do feel like it’s different when you became famous as a kid. You don’t know what you’re asking for or how permanent it can be - even if you leave the spotlight. I think she deserves to not be bothered when living life, because when she IS working she greets and takes pictures.
@heelahmads@clarareck_coach@piersmorgan Here’s her deal - she started at age 8. I grew up knowing her. You can’t really get out of that, since people will still recognize you everywhere. She was too young to know what she was choosing. She can be deserving of privacy…why are we going up and bothering strangers anyway.
@TimeGone_13 @SandyLeeTV Her husband was obsessed with tie-dye and did it a ton during covid. They’ve said he married her in tie-dye. I guarantee she was wearing a shirt he made, along with her page jacket. I also bet this was something they were both excited for before he died.
@L0KI1014@nickmayhugh in sports like swimming they are classified solely by disability and severity. You can look up the specific classifications for each sport, but it’s as fair as the Olympics are…meaning body diversity is always a factor!
@L0KI1014@nickmayhugh Every sport has classifications. Those are based on disabilities, and the countries themselves can’t decide them. For team sports it’s typically like every player has a point value and the team can’t be higher than a certain value, so there are diff abilities against, but
@lighthousenadja @princess_kim_k @t0rtur3d_p03t You are missing the point entirely. Why do they want as many people as possible? For attention to their cause/mission. What will ANY comment from Taylor bring? Attention. I guarantee the governments involved have told her not to post or acknowledge a thing.
Joint Statement from USA Gymnastics and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee regarding the CAS decision on the women’s floor final:

@umjedi @BraydenRobinet6 @NBCOlympics Unfortunately, with BARREL surfing, they count time in the barrel as more than tricks on top of the wave. Caroline had time in the barrel for that 7.5 score
@CassieFlips@pRHOvocative This was absolutely my thought! I feel bad for the Romanian gymnast, but it’s her and her team’s fault for celebrating early. You didn’t see Rebeca and Simone up there!
@Hacking36@ScoutRipley As someone else said, her routines have such a high point value she doesn’t need to worry about the deductions for out of bounds. She knows the force needed to do them means she can only control her landings so much, not breaking bones is more important since points don’t factor.
@iconawrites It’s really hard for me. I want to reply and know EVERYTHING, but teaching is different these days than even 5 years ago. I don’t have energy for more emails and coffee visits anymore. 😢 And my kids are mostly still little since I teach first grade so the parent element is a lot
@scarberlain It seems normal to me! I’m spending the same or less than what I was paying before as a 28 year old. Agree with the US-focused/added international costs point. Also think it’s important to note they aren’t marketing specifically to teens! Those products tend to be in $15-35 range
