Will do a much needed update & proper thread at some point soon, but for now just popping a reply to let y'all know I have exhausted all treatment options with no success, and have chosen to stop life prolonging treatment and am focusing on quality of life aka palliative care❤️

...in hospital most of the time. Whereas if I dropped treatment, I would be able to be at home or at least hospice and a lot more well, which I decided was best for both myself and the people around me 💓
Ph yeah... so the PCV chemo trial did f all, and the tumour continued to grow. It's now too big for radio (the treatment that gave the only stable scan I got). I was offered one more option but told it would likely have minimal life prolonging effects and make me v unwell
