Tbh, I don’t think this is a retcon. It explains why Wildrose Castle has such a vastly different aesthetic from Blackscale Castle. The generational sense of fashion of the Draconias didn’t match the one of Maleanor home.

@NeenLevi Lastly, I’m not concerned that much if his team wins or loses, bc I feel the tournament is a Game of Thrones type of distraction. The chars involved in the apparent main conflict are so focused on it, that they miss the bigger fish, which in this case I think are Crowley true
