@lonionjon @lissbevs 中セリフ is short term for 中割りセリフ, means the inbetween has lip sync that the inbetweener needs to draw. Example is talking character even if it's key 1 and key 2 is closed mouth, since it's talking the inbetween needs to have the mouth open and closing.

私が見たそのトレスは、2原マンがする作業じゃなく動画マンがする作業という印象だった。

2原に求められるのは以下の作業。
・ラフ原（作監修正の入って無い物）、作監、総作監の絵と、設定を見比べてみて、不足しているディテールやパーツなどを足す。
・歪んでいるパーツなどを設定に合わせ整える。
例えば、正面から見た絵でボタンが楕円になっていた場合、設定が真円であれば真円にする等。
・ラフ原で作監、総作監修正の入っていない絵を、前後の絵と自然に繋がる様にパーツの大きさ調整や、キャラを設定に合わせつつ補完する。

「合わせ」作業は、動画を経験していれば中割作成の要領で差ほど破綻しない合わせができるので、そういった意味では動画の経験は生きてくる。

動画の経験が無いのであれば、キャラ似せを一からする事になるので、模写や設定の表情集に無い角度を描けるようになっておくのは重要。
で、そのキャラ似せができるようになれば、作監（最低限の動画、原画の知識は持っていて欲しい）の依頼も来るかもしれない。

パッと浮かぶのはこの辺りかな？
あくまでも「私見」なので、話を聞くアニメーターさんによって考え方は違うと思いますが。

Personally I wouldn't advertise that I helped if my name is not in the credit so I do understand why everyone is denying the person, but I hope there are more people that can understand that the credit does not equal to the only people that is involved in the production.

Though they caught up at the end on a technicality, for most of the broadcast there were specific "assistance" studios like DEEN that had worked more on Komi-san than the company supposedly behind it. This explains why the core animators could go so hard on the rare OLM eps, ofc

If you're wondering how Komi-san gets to have a second season (or rather a split 2nd cours) so fast while the same team (OLM Team Kojima) is producing a consecutive 2 cours anime in Summertime Rendering with the same airdate: 8/12 episodes of the series were fully outsourced
