What do a cooking oil company and a trade shipment company have to do with the vehicles seen provoking fear during the by-election at Ol Kalou area in Nyandarua County?

Tonight, NTV has dug beneath the surface to establish just who the vehicles that carried the armed and hooded men are. The results are even more puzzling than the acts that took place on Thursday, including a name that reads similarly to a sitting Member of Parliament.

The biggest cowards in Kenya, believe it or not, are the Kiganjo D(minus) DCI killer goons.

That’s why when they came for me, they staked out my house for an entire afternoon before pouncing at 7:30pm under the cover of darkness - too scared to alert neighbors and passers-by. They operate like thieves in the night because deep down, they know exactly what they are.

There is nobody who fears death more than an actual killer.

You can see the raw panic when Ol Kalou residents laid an ambush for their unmarked Subarus. Those showroom vehicles were reversing at record speed the moment they sensed danger. The goons knew they would be lynched if they proceeded. The fear in their movements was palpable.

This tired tactic of giving government bloggers videos of unmarked Subarus during Gen Z protests has been thoroughly studied and exposed. Everyone now knows exactly which bloggers circulate those clips and what the intended purpose is - to manufacture fear and demobilize mass action.

When you lose your fear, they lose their power.

Those police intimidation tactics are rapidly losing their potency. The people have seen the script too many times. It is time for everyone to battle in the arena of ideas instead of falling for sterile scaremongering.

The killer goons are not brave enforcers of the law. They are frightened men hiding behind guns, darkness, and unmarked cars because they know the day of reckoning is coming.

Their power rests entirely on the fear they project. Strip that away, and all that remains is a bunch of cowards in reversed Subarus, Tiguains and Prados running from the very public they terrorize.

The fear factory is crumbling. The people are waking up. And the goons know it.
