@alectranews Now we, L4C, have no power for 24 hours+, spoke with some neighbours, also no power - but the outage map is indicating just one report (?) online report is definitely not added there

@alectranews You have a major problem in the reporting system. Only the power outage reported by phone is shown in the outage map… that makes it look like “isolated power outage”.. nowadays people use different methods, online report, twitter etc.

When I spoke with one of the customer service agents around 5:00pm after over 1 hour wait, I figured they were not even aware this outage was affecting this area

@alectranews No electricity since 1:20pm at home.. no traffic light in the area - unfortunately, this is definitely not the standard of any developed country
