My journey of exploring the mystical forest.
After a long night in a misty forest, sunlight finally appeared in the morning. With joy of the first light - the warmth of the morning sun greeted the shivering mist surrounding the trees, which turned into golden sparkles.
Series of photographs I created inspired by a fairytale I imagined as a child.
I was deep in reverie, wandering through a garden abloom with subtle beauties in spring. The perfumed paradise that I wandered. Every flower has its own story to tell.
Surreal tree in Toowoomba, captured in September 24’.
She looked like a tree I had met in my dream when I wandered through an endless hill with an Ash blue sky.
Just like how trees let go of their old selves for new growth, we must cherish and live fully into every moment of our lives, but when the time comes, we must not be afraid to let go of things and make room for new life, new possibilities, new learning and new bliss in our lives.
Water therapy .*・゚
It’s believed that water has the ability to heal our body and cleanse unwanted energy. Finding waterfalls, swimming in the creek, listening to the waves of the ocean - interacting with water always is the best therapy session of your life.
Photograph of sunset captured by me🌅
The moment when the sun painted the sky, it gradually started losing its golden hue and got dyed into deep blue. The beginning of the serene evening time.
Some of my photographs inspired by drawings.
I was always curious about graphite landscape drawings - I’m fascinated by how they focus on the shadow contrast and texture of pencils in order to transform them into magnificent, moody scenes.
Photographs of canola field.
Taking a stroll in the canola fields - the bright yellow, yet small petals encouraged me to feel empowered.
They remind me of finding small joys in everyday life - romanticising ordinary moments allows our everyday to shine and be more enriched.
Going for a walk along the beach, listening to the waves of the ocean, or watching a family of birds soar freely through the sky is a gentle way of restoring equilibrium. Being in the natural world has long been known for its soothing effect.
Photographs from last spring.
Nature is the greatest artist—the colourful decorations of flowers, the soft touch of grass, and the wind soaked with sunny weather. They never fail to romanticise our everyday, but our mind also need to be peaceful to receive their beautiful gifts.
