If it's of any interest to anyone, this project seeks to build a new power line in Kilgoris, particularly where Kenyan President William Ruto plans to retire in his vast Murumbi Farm. The registered holder of the 395 -hectare property, North Mogor Holdings Ltd, associated with William Ruto, recently, through another William Ruto-linked Investment company" Pesa Print Ltd", won a KES 45 billion National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) contract to roll out chip-embedded driving licences. Conflict of interest laws were overlooked in awarding this tender.

The vast farm already has a tarmac road recently laid out leading to the property and water supply through Kenya Towns Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Programme (KTSWSSP) allegedly connected to it. It will need a stable supply of electricity, directly tapped from the main national grid being proposed by this deal.

For Pabari Investments Limited, which has links to the UAE, where William Ruto has vast investment interests and faceless friends who gift him private jets and other confidential gifts, it will raise further questions on transparency and accountability- or lack of it.

Has KETRACO been ordered or influnced already to tap Pabari Investments Limited to jointly undetake this works despite incriminating corruption evidence adduced in courts?
