When I was following on it in March 2026, another amount was hacked out. I have called and called about the 2 thefts. No one at Equity Bank cares. Where do I go from here?

Equity Bank absolves itself from any responsibility on email instructions opening a loophole that staff can use to hack into a customer account and walk free. This email indemnity is defective because it throws its clients under the bus.

I signed the email indemnity under protest 3 years ago and alluded to the fact that this would encourage theft by servant. On November 20, 2025 a significant amount was withdrawn from my account and has not been resolved to date.
