@SenWarren calls today’s TPS ruling “horrific” and a “disaster for the rule of law.”
A few facts she left out:
TPS was created in 1990 as an 18-month temporary program. Haiti’s designation has now run 15 years. Biden expanded it to 1.3 million people across 17 countries — then rushed last-minute extensions in his final days specifically to tie the next administration’s hands.
Warren cheered every extension. Never once asked whether “temporary” still meant anything.
Today the Supreme Court — which IS the rule of law — ruled that the same executive discretion Democrats celebrated for four years applies to this administration too.
You don’t get to call it “ignoring Congress” when the Court just interpreted the statute Congress wrote — in your opponent’s favor.
TPS was always an executive program. It was always temporary.
“Get the hell outta here.”
This is the attitude that our elected officials have for Republican voters — contempt.
“I’m the assh@le saying you can’t come in.”
If you know anyone in South Dakota, please show them this video.
I never ask you to make things viral.
@SenatorCollins Theres a shortage here in Maine because NGOs are importing the 3rd world and putting them in brand new condos and apartments at no cost. And no other Maine citizen can even apply to live there.
@RandPaul He'll just plead the 5th and not answer a single question, and you people will not it any further than that. What you should do is file contempt charges against him immediately and have the Sargent at Arms arrest him. But, again, you won't.
@RandPaul I'm calling for a presidential commission of Americans with common sense to review the whole of Congress until the American people know the full truth behind corruption, partisanship, and dysfunction.
@RandPaul Isn't the bigger problem that you, as a Senator, were unable to obtain this information when you had your concerns.
Who was hiding it from you? The intelligence community? Who has oversight of the IC
SSCI
Go ask @MarkWarner
@greg_price11 What America is she talking about. Is it the one where her husband thinks Hawaii is in Asia. Or the one he derided by saying, "I believe in American exceptionalism, just as I suspect the Brits believe in British exceptionalism."
It’s disgusting that the Royal Family hasn’t said a single word about the Pakistani Muslim rape gangs that have been brutalizing young British girls for years.
EVERY FUCKING PERSON WHO HAS BEEN SCREAMING ABOUT THE EPSTEIN FILES FOR MONTHS...
...IS DEAD FUCKING SILENT ABOUT A QUARTER-OF-A-MILLION WHITE GIRLS BEING GANG RAPED BY MUSLIMS!!!
I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT WHAT ANY OF YOU FUCKING PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
@TheMaineWire Who, amongst these people around this table, is the representative of the Maine voter.
Certainly not these journalist because they serve their own interest.
The Secretary of State is not a public relations office.
