Stop imagining, stop believing. See the contradictions, the incongruities, the falsehood and the sorrow of the human state, the need to go beyond. Within the immensity of space floats a tiny atom of consciousness and in it the entire universe is contained.
What you understand of the objective world is all duality. Your objective world is composed of relationships. In the objective world, there is only dependence, whereas in your true state, there is always independence.
Nisargadatta Maharaj
"Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry—all forms of fear—are caused by too much future, and not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of non-forgiveness are caused by too much past, and not enough presence."
~ Eckhart Tolle
Worry has never created a real solution. It only creates imaginary problems. The moment you shift your attention to your breath, you step out of useless thinking and into presence. That is where clarity lives.
~ Eckhart Tolle
Mental health cannot sit outside policy — in companies or in countries. Systems must also stop causing harm.
Mental health isn’t a personal weakness. It’s systemic responsibility.
Are policies protecting mental health or only managing its consequences?

Once you know with absolute certainty that nothing can trouble you but your own imagination, you come to disregard your desires and fears, concepts and ideas and live by truth alone.
Nisargadatta Maharaj
"Just being present will heal you. It will heal the wounds and traumas of the past. You do not have to do anything. Just trust that when you are present, God is present within you. Trust that God knows what to do."
Leonard Jacobson
Love and the Void Are One.
Love may feel full and bright; the void may feel empty and dark. Yet they belong to one essence, not two.
Love, in its purest essence, has no center. It is not a feeling in the usual sense, nor an emotion that comes and goes. It arises from the vastness of being itself — from the edgeless depth we call the void. The void is not a bleak absence; it is luminous emptiness, the very light of existence before it takes shape.
As awareness becomes intimate with this emptiness — without resistance, without projection — something remarkable is revealed. What once felt like nothing becomes fullness, and what once felt full is understood to be empty of all content. Emptiness and fullness are not opposites but a single continuum of being.
Love is how the void expresses itself.
The void is how love remains free.
When this is truly seen, all divisions collapse: light and dark, formless and form, fullness and emptiness. Everything is held in one seamless, centerless field of being.
