"Well knock me down and drag me out the door that's one fine southern feast!"  I was once told that if I really wanted to sound like a southerner I should add those ten words to at least one conversation a day.  #healthysouthernmeals #microgreenscornbread https://t.co/FuozLEHzAC

We left the great state of Pennsylvania this weekend to visit my beloved Jersey Shore. In doing so, we took a chance and left some broccoli microgreen seedlings on their own to find their way to the light. #broccolimicrogreens #wasabimicrogreens https://t.co/o3NZOm8PEL

What does comedian Mitch Hedberg have to do with Wasabi? Nothing, actually, or maybe more than you think.  #microgreens #mustardwasabi #wasabi #wasabimicrogreens https://t.co/cp07slnHyv

The sun rises. The sun sets.  One day blends into the other but growth does not stop.  stretching up towards the light, resting at night. As our cycle continues so does theirs.  Mighty mighty microgreens, each a favorite for it's own unique reason. #basil https://t.co/fv4owEo2VR

The more you look at something the more you see.  Similar to  gazing at a piece of art; whether it be a painting, a photo, or someone you love. https://t.co/wuVSdIwPLL

As we ventured out into the world in search of sunlight today our China Rose Radish began to find its way to a light of its own. This beauty of a microgreen is a culinary favorite. Its refreshing palate zip and bold purple stalk as a garnish make it a sensory delight. Grow on.
