$QCOM is a Stalwart undergoing a major transition. No longer are they just a handset chip company. Building a very diversified portfolio. Very excited about their future.

@xforedadsgolf Valid. 10 minutes minimum. 15 would be better. I get that public courses need as many green fees as possible, but 7-8 minutes is just not enough.

Over the same period, all other private construction spending, including houses, shopping centers, and offices, has declined -$120 billion.
The AI investment wave is accelerating.
The US AI infrastructure boom is making history.
There are now ~90 US data centers with more than 100 megawatts (MW) of power in operation, the highest count on record.
This figure is set to more than triple by 2030, to ~280, if all currently planned projects are completed.
Over the same period, tech companies are expected to spend ~$7.0 trillion on data centers.
Meanwhile, Amazon, $AMZN, Microsoft, $MSFT, Alphabet, $GOOGL, and Meta, $META, have already signed more than $1.5 trillion in data center leases since the AI boom began, including commitments that have yet to take effect.
The AI buildout is one of the largest capital spending cycles in history.
If you have bank like this, I’m not judging how you manage it. If you want a bunch of cash, that’s fine, you have generational wealth. I’m sure this is only a small percentage of his net worth, and might be a reasonable percentage.
But, I hate cash. I can’t stand the thought of losing purchasing power on any meaningful sum of money. So, it begs the question, how much cash are you willing to hold? For me, certainly not more than a month’s worth of expenses.
