Amazing to visit the Kennaook Cape Grim baseline air pollution station with a bunch of people from @INAR_fin. The station has records of the air composition since 1976. Such impressive and important work!
Co-chairs of the SOLAS-ICNAA joint session enjoying #ICNAA2023 conference dinner. Thanks to @maipelto for being a great co-chair and @ovadnevaite for a great keynote talk!
Would you like to work with us at @tvarminne as a post doc? Maybe join @coastclim?
The Nottbeck Foundation supports 3-year salaried marine post doc positions as well as research projects at our lab. DL October 7.

We celebrate the 120th anniversary of the Tvärminne research station on Saturday 3 September. We invite you to get to know the unique research station and the current research conducted there with us on Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm. https://t.co/Mocu7d0EXl
We could finally arrange again a truly international @HyytialaHY Summer School: Formation and growth of atmospheric aerosols. Students from 7 different countries, 10 universities and 10 nationalities. Thank you all the students and teachers! @INAR_fin@KumpulaScience@helsinkiuni
The second part of our @Sea2Cloud work at the @niwa_nz Baring Head coastal station is now out for review in ACPD https://t.co/ggFrlAB3sI 🥳. We measured the chemical composition of ambient ions with an @AerodyneRes/@tofwerk APi-TOF and... 1/3
here you can find the most common ions, their behavior and connection to aerosol formation. We show that in land-influenced air sulfuric acid and organics are likely important for aerosol formation while in marine air sulfur and iodine species play a role. 2/3
Pienellä luodolla keskellä merta, @Tvarminne eläintieteellisen aseman edustalla, teemme uudenlaista ilmastotutkimusta: Miten meren rannikkoympäristöt ja ilmakehä toimivat yhdessä ja mitä se merkitsee ilmastolle?

My first first author paper from my PhD is now out in ACP 🥳. In it we explore aerosol properties and new particle formation at the always beautiful @niwa_nz Baring Head station with special focus on NPF in clean marine air 🌊
