The WANA Institute and @INWRDAM and @IDOS_research held a high-level roundtable discussion in Amman today launch their research findings on #natural resource governance, taking the case of competition for groundwater in Azraq in light of the 2030 Agenda. #watergovernance#jordan
@MajdNaber, head of the Sustainable Development pillar at WANA said that Azraq was selected as a case study due to the numerous waters needs that compete for a limited groundwater resource – agricultural, domestic and environmental uses (the wetland).
1⃣Labelled as "Putting Social Justice and Inclusiveness at the Core of Sustainable Development Agendas in the Mediterranean" the plenary session will be moderated by @MajdNaber (@WANAInstitute).
