@MartyTa94849826 I saw Trump attempt to sway the testimony of a witness in real time during the first impeachment. We heard witness testimony that suggested Trump sent a message to her prior to the Jan 6 Committee hearings in an attempt to influence her testimony. He has the ethics of a mob boss.
Georgia DA Fanni Willis has given Trump his only warning . If he continues his attacks on her, her office employees, prosecutors and their families. Witnesses and anyone else in an attempt to derail his prosecution it will result in more charges. She has made it clear what Trump is doing violates Georgia law and she will be glad to tack it on his other indictments. Sounds like Willis is not going to bother with a gag order. Just straight to a charge of obstruction or witness tampering. Even terroristic threats are prosecuted all the time in Georgia. Trump is violating the law daily. @NewBlueUSA@NewBlueGeorgia #DemVoice1
Judge Merchan is reluctant to issue a gag order for Trump because he doesn’t want to infringe on the rights of a presidential candidate.
So, Trump is savagely mocking the judge’s wife and daughter.
Can you guess how this story is destined to end?

When I see this image of Donald Trump walking alone to face the criminal charges against him, what stands out to me is how alone and small he looks.
No Melania.
No Ivanka, Junior, or Eric behind him.
Just alone and small.
The irony is not lost on us that Donald Trump entered the arena wanting a wall.
Now as the walls are closing in on Trump, it appears he’s going to get that wall around himself.
This is how Donald Trump will be remembered in the History books. Whether you like it or not, this is one of the images that will persist for generations.
In my opinion Trump's time in politics is over. I know many of you all will disagree. I know he won't believe it himself, his supporters won't believe it, but it's over. He's done. This is just the beginning of the end of a sad story in American politics surrounding a man with a large ego and larger propensity to deceive.
History made!
We learned a lot today, about the seriousness of the charges against Donald Trump, the professionalism of District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the ridiculousness of Donald’s legal team, and the extent to which the mainstream media really love showing footage of nothing.
TV cameras weren’t allowed in the courtroom but it turns out they weren’t necessary—the video of Donald walking 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 the courtroom, all five seconds of it, was all we needed to figure out his state of mind. Before the arraignment, I said Donald would be docile in the courtroom seated before the judge. And during that brief glimpse, we saw the uncertainty, the fear, and the humiliation.
The false bravado will return, and the middle-of-the-night posts will continue to be unhinged but Donald Trump has finally gotten a glimpse of what it looks like when his past, finally, at long last, catches up with him—and he’ll never be able to outrun it.
I think people are forgetting one simple fact about the indictments against Donald:
The evidence is very strong.
The idea that D.A. Alvin Bragg would bring a weak case against a man who was not only the leader of the free world but who is a career criminal who's been walking around in a suit of armor made out of impunity since 1973 is beyond absurd.
As former federal prosecutor, @AWeissmann_ said on MSNBC, the tape recording of Donald talking to Michael Cohen about the payments to @StormyDaniels, in which he suggested they "pay with cash,” would be compelling to any jury because it shows his intent to hide those payments.
Donald has also painted himself into a corner when it comes to Michael Cohen’s testimony because the recording corroborates that intent. Plus, there are 34 counts altogether--this is deadly serious.
Donald is fucked.
@laurenboebert Of course you support him, you have been implicated as one of Trumps seditious co-conspirators, who attempted to overturn a free and fair election.
