@WendellPierce As one that works in the Real Estate / Infrastructure space folks need to know:
1). FEMA is an emergency management agency whose sole purpose is to respond to disasters.
2). HUD is a DEVELOPMENT agency whose purpose is to come in and reestablish (Housing AND Urban DEVELOPMENT)
