BRO TO BRO...
1- Never play without boots no matter how good or beautiful the field is.
2- Renew a player's contract before they start negotiating with other clubs.
3- I don't recommend signing legends, if you do please don't get attached.
4- If a player starts causing problems in the dressing room, respectfully release the player: We don't have time for violence at the club.
5- Never sign an under-age player. The rules of the game are very strict, if you're unsure about the age of the player ask for the birth certificate.
6- Last but not the least: No player is bigger than the club!
7- Finally, always have a strong bench cos your star players will have off days.
8- Never you delete an old player's contact you might need them.
9- If you were accused of scoring a goal while you're still on the bench, request for VAR.
10-Make sure the player pass all medicals before signing.
11- Never take back a player that rejected your club for another club.
12- Don't sign a player with excess baggage.
IF YOU THINK ALL THESE ARE ABOUT FOOTBALL, RELATE WITH AN EXPERT.

When you join a new company, itโs important to identify power structures early.
Someone may be โjust a receptionistโ but wield significant influence.
Understand how power flows, who is connected to who, move wisely, build relationships, and stay in your lane.
Organizational intelligence is important!
During my early years in business, I was in charge of handling government and big corporate tenders.
One thing you quickly learn about tender submissions is that deadlines are NON-NEGOTIABLE. The closing time was usually 10:30 AM on a Friday. At exactly 10:20 AM, the tender committee would come in, we would count down together to 10:30 AM, and declare the tender box closed with all stakeholders watching.
I remember one time, a very well-known businessman of Asian origin came running in at 10:35 AM, just to find we had closed. He pleaded with the tender committee and the other bidders to accept his bid, but we all said the same thing - no exceptions, boss.
That experience taught me three key lessons that have stayed with me to this day:
1. Discipline to start early. Never prepare documents at the last minute. Bank guarantees are always the most difficult and the last to come through... bankers know better why ๐
2. Thorough review. Check all required documents, get a second pair of eyes to review them, and put them in order as per the tender requirements.
3. The importance of arriving early. I would usually be at the venue by 08:30 AM, deposit my documents in the tender box by 09:00 AM, and sit and watch the whole process until closure.
Those three habits helped me never miss a deadline and never miss an important business opportunity.
Folks, you cannot prepare tender documents at the last minute, and you certainly cannot miss the deadline - not even by a minute.
Tender documents can ONLY be submitted through the tender box and NEVER through the office or email of the Head of Procurement.
You canโt feed the whole community with one loaf of bread. Sometimes, the bread is just yours. Turn people down if you need to. Disappoint people if you have to. Know when to give and when to say no. Being too soft-hearted can leave you drained.
Just a reminder that kindness, hard work and how you treat people can open doors you never expected. You never know who is watching, and you never know where your good character may take you.Keep doing good, even when nobody is clapping for you. Life is unpredictable!
