The money has officially been spent by Tourism Business Council of South Africa and the ad is live. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Do you think this ad will help bring more foreign tourists to South Africa?
I stand behind any entity that wishes to activate South Africa as a tourist destination. I have been quite vocal that the money could be better spent creating a more consistent campaign over an entire year, rather than a single blast. But I also don't want to be sour. I want to see the ad succeed in which case more tourists visit our shores.
But again, I'd love to hear your thoughts...
Enjoy the best Lesotho has to offer as we take you on a guided tour up, what was once a mule track, now a 4x4 only passway. Enjoy a cultural experience and rich history stories, followed by their homegrown Maluti Beer.

Today's winters day was magical here in the Southern Drakensberg. 🏔️Once over the pass, the wind became a real challenge with temperatures dropping to a HIGH of 5 degrees for the day!❄️
🚙Our vehicles are enclosed ensuring the comfort for our guests!

NEGOTIATING SLIPPERY SANI PASS
⛄What is always fun is the snow that falls inside the borders of Lesotho. Real adventure awaits, negotiating the narrow roads up the hairpin bends on compacted ice!
⛄Our Guides put your safety first!
🌨️WILL THERE BE MORE SNOW TOMORROW? 🌬️
TRAFFIC HOUR IN LESOTHO
Within the highveld of Lesotho, the weather is severe and the vegetation scarce. The Sesotho term for the twiggy, rounded shrub is "Sehalahala," and it can be found easily in the mountains of Lesotho under the Latin name Helichrysum Trilineatum.
When the wind gets icy, even when the sun is out, no better place to take cover for a crackling fire and cold Maluti beer!

@divviej@Monique_PR_ The road between Sani Pass Hotel And the South African border post has been tarred. The Pass between the two border posts is still gravel.

Thanks to Gardi Major and Warren the guide of Major Adventures who made my family's day special up Sani Pass. Marisa Louw is visiting from Thailand.. She's very impressed with Warren's experience and skills.
"We did it again"
Summer days in Lesotho at 2873m above sea level can be mean a fire place is still needed! These memories you can't put into words
