What could easily kill small to medium upcoming formal businesses?

One of the biggest challenge for formal small to medium businesses is delay in payments. You provide a service and the client tell you stories every day. They know you are desperate for business and they will capitalize on that.

4 years ago i had payments outstanding for more than a year. By the time you get the payment it will be nothing given inflation and ZWL depreciation.

This is a " headache" we battle with everyday.

This is all despite signed contracts with payment terms.

This issue you will need to manage well or you will close due to cashflow squeeze.
